Day retreat: time-out

A day out in untouched nature to relax and recharge your energies.

Whether stressful work life with a busy schedule, family life full of challenges or other tasks and obligations, taking time for yourself is becoming increasingly important. And that was exactly what was on the program: a day off to relax and recharge your batteries.

We started the day with relaxing yoga exercises, followed by a guided meditation. Afterwards there was a light lunch with regional and fresh ingredients. After a break, which was spent at the pool or on a walk, an essential oils workshop followed. Together we created oil mixtures to relief stress, help relax and support emotional balance and healing. Each participant was able to take home a specially designed roll-on or spray.
