In the midst of a constantly faster time full of appointments, private commitments and high demands, it becomes more and more important to maintain a healthy way of dealing with yourself.

Gabriele Fischereder gave insights into classic stress mechanisms, showed ways to deal with stress better and explained what the topic “burnout” actually is about. There were also exercises and tips for a happy life and a healthy soul.

At the center of the weekend was the picturesque Villa Antoinette, which invites you to relax and unwind. Be it in the spa area with a Finnish sauna, steam bath, stainless steel plunge pool or outdoor whirlpool or on a walk through the alpine landscape, followed by a glass of red wine in front of the fireplace.

In the mornings and evenings there was the opportunity to participate in yoga exercises and guided meditations or to relax with a Reiki treatment and to bring the flow of energy into harmony with body and soul. Giulia Oberlechner offered wonderful Thai massages.
