In the middle of romantic lavender fields and traditional stone houses, the participants learned exercises to live more consciously in all aspects of their lives. The surrounding area invited for long walks and the hammocks and specially designed relaxation areas in the garden could be used for relaxation during the day.

Daily yoga and meditation instructions, mindfulness exercises and resting periods also stimulated relaxation.

The integration of essential oils, be it in the food and drinks, during treatments or meditations, supported the balancing of emotions and deepened the experiences of the participants. It also improved sleep and strengthened various physical sensations.

The 4 days offered different tools to calm down and to break your own beliefs and patterns. And so, to drive home with a new ease and strength.
