Why Breathwork? Lasting change begins where words no longer reach

Breathwork is a body-based method that uses the breath as a direct gateway to the nervous system, supporting the natural regulation of physical, emotional and mental processes. Through consciously guided breathing exercises, the system can step out of tension, inner restlessness and ingrained reaction patterns and return to balance. At the same time, a deeper understanding of conscious and unconscious beliefs as well as one's own needs begins to emerge.
