Austria Shipping

Shipping costs: 4.90 EUR per order, no minimum order value
Shipping method: Post Parcel (handover to the parcel service within 1-2 business days)

Germany Shipping

Shipping method: DHL Parcel (handover to the parcel service within 1-2 business days)

EU Shipping

Shipping costs: 7.00 EUR per order, no minimum order value
Shipping method: International Post Parcel (handover to the parcel service within 1-2 business days)

Shipping to Switzerland

Prices in the shop are displayed without VAT, as your delivery is going to a country outside the EU. We expressly point out that local taxes, import duties and fees may be due for deliveries to Switzerland, which we do not show and for which the customer must pay in full.

Parcels are handed over to the Austrian Post as parcels within 1-2 business days and sent to customs. Customs clearance can take several business days. In Switzerland, the parcel is handed over to Swiss Post and delivered.

Claims: In case of claims, we do not offer free returns. We appreciate your understanding.

Shipping packaging: The shipping boxes or envelopes are adapted to the size of the goods and your goods are packaged well protected.

Delivery delays: In case of delivery delays, we will inform you immediately.

Non-availability: In the event of non-availability of the ordered goods, we reserve the right not to deliver. In this case, we will of course inform you and immediately refund any consideration already received.

Payment Conditions

Payment via PayPal

PayPal is the online payment service that allows you to pay for your purchases easily and quickly. PayPal protects your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When using PayPal, we are not informed of your bank details or credit card data. With PayPal, you automatically have access to all common payment methods: direct debit, credit card, giropay and credit payments. When paying with PayPal, we receive the payment credited to our PayPal account immediately and your order is then shipped.

Payment by Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard)

With credit card, you can pay quickly and 100% securely. Flux Online accepts Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. The amount is submitted for billing when the goods are shipped. Shipping is immediate.

Direct Bank Transfer / Payment in Advance

It is also possible to pay in advance. Payment in advance means that you transfer the invoice amount to our account (SEPA transfer) and after the payment has been received, the goods are shipped. Please use the order number as the purpose of payment.

SEPA stands for "Single Euro Payments Area" and is the implementation of an EU decision to introduce a uniform payment procedure for the 27 member states.

Invoice

You will receive an invoice from us after ordering. Please transfer the total amount within 7 days to the account stated there.
