My Name Hemma means "home" in Swedish

What a fitting description for how I feel about my work, as well as my personal development and my path.

Finding home within yourself. That comforting feeling when you have arrived within yourself. When you're allowed to let the masks fall, to show your true face. When you approach yourself with mindfulness, appreciation and compassion. When you can accept all that was, all that is, and all that is yet to come, without judgment. The feeling of security and clarity.

I am Austrian and a citizen of the world. Since my early youth, the wide world has been my home. I have lived in more than 15 countries and love getting to know new cultures and philosophies of life. Letting myself be inspired by them, while always consciously returning to myself amid all these enriching influences.

My Path from Burnout to Inner Calm, Balance and an Expanded Consciousness

The first nearly 15 years of my working life probably unfolded the way most people know: my days were shaped by overloaded calendars, stress and pressure.

I started out working for a fashion magazine, then moved into the creative industry, where I produced TV commercials and various events. In recent years I worked in industry, where my role was primarily focused on online and content marketing. I commuted between meetings in Paris, London and Berlin, was constantly on the move, and had the privilege of leading a team of motivated employees.

And despite what looked like a top career, I felt empty and without purpose. I was burned out and simply functioning. On top of that came the feeling of not living up to my own standards and not being able to withstand comparison with others. My goals kept getting higher and the pressure kept increasing. I was trapped in my own hamster wheel.

Time for myself fell by the wayside. Things that used to bring me joy, like family, friends or travel, became a burden and felt like nothing but more pressure and responsibility. Exercise fell far too short, my physical health was out of balance, and at one point it even gave me two stomach ulcers.

you can't unsee it

Then, suddenly, the moment came. During an Ayurvedic Panchakarma cure in Sri Lanka, I was finally able to clearly recognize what I had already known deep inside for years: it was time to take a new path! It became instantly clear to me that this couldn't be all there was, and that there was so much more waiting to be lived and seen.

I wasn't happy and had already felt out of place in my work environment for far too long. And there it was, that undeniable knowledge: it's time for change. And so I set out on an exciting new path. The journey back home within myself. An adventure full of gifts, wisdom, achievements and experiences.

4 Reasons to Work With Me

I Know the Challenges
of the Corporate World

1.

In my more than 15 years working in the creative industry and in the corporate sector, I have seen and experienced many sides of the working world. I know the pressure of leading a team, meeting tight timelines and taking on budget responsibility in the millions. I have experienced firsthand what it's like when sleep becomes increasingly restless and you wake up at night full of thoughts and fears. What it's like when your mind won't stop racing and you can no longer switch off. Pressure, comparison, disappointment. Expectations and frustration. I love being able to bring all these experiences into my offerings and spaces, and to give you tools to meet yourself with more mindfulness, self-care and compassion.

I Live Modern Spirituality,
Inclusive of All

2.

At the beginning of my journey, I gave the topic of spirituality a wide berth. I thought meditation meant sitting on a rock for days with your eyes closed, that essential oils were esoteric nonsense, and that spiritual people hugged trees and wore hippie clothing. It didn't take long for me to realize just how wrong my narrow-minded, uninformed opinion had been.

Today I know that spirituality can be anything. That it has an individual face for each of us. It can be simple daily rituals that lead you back into your power and do you good. Or it can be wisdom and teachings from ancient traditions and long-held sciences. Spirituality integrates into every life model. Spirituality connects all approaches to life with one another - you can bring it into your life at any moment.

I Offer Experiences
on a Cellular Level

3.

My work is about creating experiences that let you feel things for yourself. Keynote talks stimulate the mind all over again and mostly stay purely theoretical. What we want instead is to experience, for example, how it feels when the parasympathetic nervous system is activated and the body enters a state of rest. It's about getting out of your head and into your body, and perceiving yourself.

All the many tools that boost wellbeing only help when they are actually put into practice - when your cells receive new impulses and your subconscious is activated. This can happen through breathwork, the effects of healing plants like ceremonial cacao or essential oils, or through music and movement. Without practical experience, no real transformation can take place; there's no way around embodiment.

My Spaces Are
Your Safe Harbor

4.

I create experiences in which you can completely let go. You are allowed to set aside your masks and roles. There are no expectations placed on you, there is nothing for you to do. If you like, you can "passively" soak it in, observe and turn quietly inward. Or you can actively participate and show yourself. Whatever serves you in that particular moment and wants to be experienced by you.

My spaces are warm, open, loving, empathetic and free of judgment.
