Types of Retreats
Day Retreats
An intensive day where we focus entirely on one theme. With breathwork, meditation, cacao ceremony and time for self-reflection.
Duration: 6-8 hours
Weekend Retreats
Two days to go deeper. With overnight stay in a special place where you can let nature and stillness work on you.
Duration: 2 days / 1 night
Themed Retreats
Retreats on special themes such as "Self-Love", "Letting Go", "New Beginnings" or "Finding Your Calling". With a focused journey to this theme.
Themes: Varying
Personalized Retreats
A retreat just for you or your small group. Individually designed according to your wishes and needs.

Do I need prior experience?
No, absolutely not. You don't need to have experience with meditation, breathwork or cacao ceremonies. I'll guide you through everything.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing, a water bottle, a journal (if you like) and an open attitude. Everything else will be provided.
